THOMAS J. KENNEDY works out of the New York – Midtown Park Avenue office, where he specializes in securities, antitrust, and consumer litigation. He received a Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1995. At St. John’s, he was a member of the ST. JOHN’S JOURNAL OF LEGAL COMMENTARY. Mr. Kennedy graduated from Miami University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and has passed the CPA exam. Mr. Kennedy was previously associated with the law firm Murray Frank LLP.
