On October 1, 2023, Enerflex announced that Rodney D. Gray had resigned from his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) “to pursue other opportunities.” Mr. Gray’s resignation is the second CFO resignation in the last seven months.

On this news, Enerflex’s stock price fell $1.58, or 27.6%, to close at $4.15 per share on October 2, 2023, thereby injuring investors.
