The recognition caps a record-setting year for Ms. Wolke, co-chair of the firm’s securities litigation group and its general counsel. She served as sole lead counsel in the securities class action against Alibaba, securing a $433.5 million settlement for investors — the largest securities class action settlement of 2025 and one of the fifty largest in U.S. history.
