Pavithra Rajesh Named a 2026 Law360 Rising Star

Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP partner Pavithra Rajesh has been named a 2026 in the Securities category. Law360 announced the 2026 class on August 2, 2026, recognizing more than 160 attorneys under 40 across dozens of practice areas in the seventeenth year of the program.

Rising Stars are selected by Law360’s editorial staff from submissions detailing an attorney’s most significant matters, with each practice-area category reviewed by editors experienced in that field.

Congratulations, Pavithra.

About Pavithra’s practice

Ms. Rajesh is a partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. Her work centers on fact development and pre-litigation investigation — the groundwork that determines whether a securities case survives a motion to dismiss — and on shaping the legal theories underlying the Firm’s securities, derivative, and privacy matters.

Ms. Rajesh worked on Camelot Event Driven Fund v. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC — a Securities Act class action arising from ViacomCBS’s March 2021 stock offerings — from the case’s inception through the $120 million settlement the court approved in August 2025. She contributed to the motion to dismiss and class certification briefing, played a substantial role in drafting the appellate briefs on both rulings, and helped shape litigation strategy for the motions and the depositions.

She earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the UCLA Law Review, and holds a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Before joining the Firm, she served as a judicial extern in the Patent Pilot Program in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
